Huawei Vision X65 with 4K OLED display and 120Hz refresh rate announced

Huawei’s sub-brand Honor had launched its first smart TV dubbed as Honor Vision back in August last year. Now the Chinese smartphone maker has launched a new OLED television called Huawei Vision Smart TV X65. The latest offering comes with flagship specifications. Design-wise, it is quite similar to the Honor Vision TV. Alongside the X65, the company also announced refreshed variant of its previous Vision TV called the Vision V55i. The Huawei Vision Smart TV X65 sports a 65-inch 4K OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It offers 1,000 nits peak brightness and HDR support. The TV also offers a high screen-to-body ratio due to thin bezels and it measures 24.9mm in thickness. The display is also certified by German TUV Rheinland for eye protection and comfort. Like the Vison TV, this one too features a pop-up camera housing a 24MP ultra-wide sensor located in the top centre. The camera supports Air Gesture controls for audio and video by tracking human movements. It is powered by the brand’s in-house HiSilicon Hi3559C chip capable of AI computing using an NPU. On the audio front, the X65 is equipped with 14 speakers producing 75W sound output. 
Under the hood, the Vision X65 TV  is equipped with Huawei’s Honghu 898 chipset. The processor is said to optimise the image quality of the OLED screen. The television packs 6GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage. Software-wise, the Huawei Vision X65 runs Harmony OS. 
Coming to the Vision smart TV V55i, it comes with an LCD display. It is offered in two storage variants of 4GB + 32GB and 4GB + 64GB. The television is powered by a Honghu 818 quad-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz. It features a 1080p pop-up front camera. 

Huawei Vision X65 TV pricing and availability

The Huawei Vision X65 TV is currently available for pre-order only in China with shipments commencing from April 26th. It is priced at RMB 24,999 (~Rs 2,70,700). The V55i base variant costs RMB 3,799 (~Rs 41,000) while the higher-end model will retail at RMB 3,999 (~Rs 43,300). It will go on sale from April 30th.
