Huawei Nova 7 specifications and features

Huawei has teased the launch of Nova 7 through a teaser post as you can see above. The images revealed the design and few key specifications of the smartphone. We can see that the smartphone will flaunt a taller display with dual punch-hole cutout and curved sides. The rear panel is housing a longer rectangular camera island with four lenses aligned vertically and an LED flash. The poster also confirms that the smartphone will feature the newest HiSilicon Kirin 985 SoC, which debuted on the Honor 30 launched yesterday. Notably, the chipset comes with an integrated Balong 5000 modem, which means the smartphone will also feature 5G connectivity. Earlier leaks have suggested that the Nova 7 SE and Nova 7 Pro will feature the Kirin 820 and 990 5G chipsets, respectively.
Moving on to the quad-camera setup on the back, the fourth lens appears to be a rectangular periscope-styled lens offering up to 50x digital zoom and 5x optical zoom. We can see the power button and volume rockers on the left side with no sign of fingerprint scanner, which means we can expect the handset to feature an in-display module. This is all that is officially known at this moment.
